4. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
5. Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitors.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
7. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.
8. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Ensure a secure environment to prevent product thefts.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
