1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

2. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge and passion for the product category managed.
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
