1. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.

9. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines.
11. Contribute to security measures to prevent product thefts.
