1. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
2. Uphold the corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards.
3. Assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
4. Promote customer loyalty and cultivate strong client relationships.
5. Support the Store Manager in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and effective team communication.
6. Facilitate staff professional growth and training by collaborating on development plans with the Store Manager.
7. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
8. Ensure seamless cooperation between front and back office operations.
9. Maintain store image and product care in accordance with corporate standards, ensuring staff commitment to these standards.
