1. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
2. Ensure the store and staff reflect the corporate image and standards.
3. Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
4. Promote customer loyalty and develop strong client relationships.
5. Encourage a team-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit within the store.
6. Facilitate professional growth and training for staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
7. Develop sales strategies in coordination with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
8. Ensure cooperation between front and back office functions.
9. Maintain store image and product care in line with corporate standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
