- Assist the Visual Asset Coordinator in maintaining the Visual Assets Database.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines for naming, image quality, IP rights, and captions within the Image Library.
- Support technical improvements of the Visual Assets Database platform.
- Prepare metadata for integration with other systems.
- Provide visual assets to relevant stakeholders both within the Foundation and externally.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital visual asset classification.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Basic understanding of IP rights.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of visual communication.
- Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
At least 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
