1. Assist the Visual Asset Coordinator in maintaining the Visual Assets Database.
2. Ensure compliance with guidelines for naming, image quality, IP rights, and captions within the Image Library.
3. Support technical improvements of the Visual Assets Database platform.
4. Prepare metadata for integration with other systems.
5. Provide visual assets to relevant stakeholders both within the Foundation and externally.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in digital visual asset classification.
2. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
3. Basic understanding of IP rights.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Strong knowledge of visual communication.
3. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
4. Detail-oriented, rigorous, and proactive.
5. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

At least 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
