Michelangelo Foundation Visual Assets Database Assistant

- Maintain the visual assets database, ensuring all photos and videos are registered with appropriate copyrights and legends according to the defined classification.
- Ensure all collected content is cleared in terms of intellectual property rights.
- Adhere to planning and priorities as defined by the Visual Asset Coordinator.
- Ensure the quality of the database and identify potential technical improvements.
- Prepare visual assets in albums for distribution to relevant stakeholders within the Foundation and external parties.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital visual asset classification.
- Knowledge in visual communication with an interest in craftsmanship and the métiers d’art.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Understanding of intellectual property rights.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong team player.
At least 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification is required.
