- Maintain and organize the Foundation's visual assets database, ensuring compliance with naming conventions, image quality standards, IP rights, and captioning guidelines.
- Support the content collection process for the Homo Faber Event, including assisting the Visual Asset Coordinator in gathering necessary photos and videos.
- Ensure all collected visual content is cleared for IP rights and appropriately registered in the image library with correct copyrights and legends.
- Prepare and distribute visual assets to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in onsite photo and video shoots during the Homo Faber Event and manage the daily upload and distribution of assets.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital visual asset classification.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Basic understanding of IP rights.
- Proficiency in English and French, with Italian as an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
At least 1 year of experience in digital visual asset management, with a focus on classification and IP rights.
