Michelangelo Foundation Project Developer and E-Catalogue Editor

- Research and source artisans and objects for the Homo Faber Biennial 2026 in Venice.
- Coordinate and edit the Homo Faber Biennial 2026 online exhibition catalogue content.
- Establish a strategy for sourcing artisans and objects, aligning with curatorial direction.
- Conduct international research to identify suitable artisans and objects.
- Support Regional Coordinators in evaluating artisan profiles using the Foundation's criteria.
- Organize live demonstrations for the Biennial, including visa coordination.
- Maintain exhibitor data in Salesforce for effective information sharing.
- Provide regular updates on exhibitors and objects to management and stakeholders.
- Contact selected artisans to gather object proposals.
- Develop an editorial strategy for the E-Catalogue in collaboration with the Homo Faber Guide team.
- Collaborate with the Education team to address E-Catalogue content needs for training.
- Define a strategy for E-Catalogue content collection and data entry.
- Integrate artisan and object data into the digital ecosystem.
- Write and proofread editorial copy in English for the E-Catalogue.
- Act as a liaison to ensure up-to-date information in the E-Catalogue.
- Knowledge of craftsmanship, art, and design.
- Proficiency in English at mother-tongue or C1 level; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in English.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data and content.
- Capacity to follow and enhance strategies for efficiency.
- Effectiveness under pressure with a proactive and creative approach.
- Organized and autonomous work style with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cultural environment is required, along with experience in using Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
