Michelangelo Foundation Project Developer and E-Catalogue Coordinator

- Research and source artisans and objects for the Homo Faber Biennial 2026 in Venice.
- Manage the Homo Faber Biennial 2026 online exhibition catalogue, overseeing content and technical development.
- Establish and implement a strategy for sourcing artisans and objects, aligning with curatorial direction.
- Conduct international research to identify suitable artisans and objects, adhering to strategic guidelines.
- Support Regional Coordinators in evaluating artisan profiles using the Foundation’s 11 Criteria of Excellence.
- Maintain exhibitor data in Salesforce for effective information sharing with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on exhibitors and objects to Foundation management and stakeholders.
- Develop the E-Catalogue platform layout and technical architecture in collaboration with the Digital Team.
- Monitor the technical development and testing of the E-Catalogue platform to ensure it meets all requirements.
- Coordinate with the Education team to address E-Catalogue content needs for Young Ambassador training.
- Define a strategy for E-Catalogue content collection and data entry in collaboration with the E-Catalogue Editor.
- Integrate artisan and object data into the digital ecosystem (Salesforce, CMS).
- Coordinate the E-Catalogue image collection and uploading with the Visual Content team.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure up-to-date E-Catalogue information.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to sort and organize large amounts of data and content.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cultural environment, with proficiency in Salesforce and computer applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of web development is advantageous.
