1. Coordinate with the Photo Editor to organize and manage the collection of visual assets for the Homo Faber Guide, ensuring alignment with geographical scope and strategic objectives.
2. Centralize and verify visual assets received from partners, ensuring all necessary information is included and intellectual property rights are cleared.
3. Communicate with stakeholders, including artisans and contributors, to address image requirements and follow up on submissions.
4. Select and curate images for the Homo Faber Guide, maintaining visual coherence and overseeing the validation process for stakeholder profile pages.
5. Process and manage object images, ensuring proper treatment and adherence to guidelines.
6. Optimize storage of images on digital platforms such as drives, Salesforce, and OCP, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata inclusion.
7. Prepare image selections for website updates, including homepage and thematic sections.
8. Manage the image library database, uploading assets with appropriate metadata and ensuring classification meets internal stakeholder needs.

1. 3 years of experience in digital visual asset management and selection.
2. Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

1. Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Fluency in English and/or French; Italian language skills are advantageous.

3 years of experience in digital visual asset management and selection, with familiarity in digital asset management systems.
