Michelangelo Foundation Junior Education Programme Coordinator

- Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of participation calls to educational institutions, artisans, and stakeholders through presentations, briefs, FAQs, and supporting documents.
- Manage the selection process for program candidates, including application processing, jury package creation, and announcement of selections.
- Coordinate data collection for operational and administrative needs, including vendor documentation, survey creation, and data input for travel, F&B, and masterclass logistics.
- Create program documentation such as welcome kits, schedules, surveys, and debriefs.
- Assist in operational and administrative tasks.
- Provide pre-event and onsite support for operational delivery.
- Collaborate with Foundation teams to gather content, including communication needs.
- Update the Learning Management System and assist in designing and creating new modules.
- Support the implementation of the Homo Faber NextGen alumni pilot program.
- Maintain and update data in the Foundation's database.
- Assist in creating documents and assets, including retroplanning, budgets, and short videos.
- Support ad hoc projects and participate in Foundation events.
- 1 year of experience in project coordination.
- Initial experience in education program conceptualization, implementation, and coordination.
- Energetic, curious, autonomous, and proactive with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator, solution-driven, and eager learner.
- Sociable and extroverted with the ability to connect with others.
- Proficient in MS Suite, Salesforce, RiseUp, and video editing/creation.
- Fluent in English with good knowledge of French; knowledge of Italian and other languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, particularly in education program implementation and coordination.
Certification in project management, Humanities, Events Management, or Ecole Hotelière.
