- Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow philanthropic support.
- Develop strategic relationships within the philanthropy and business communities to enhance visibility and financial support.
- Cultivate and strengthen existing donor relationships and manage donor accounts.
- Develop and implement a gift acceptance policy and due diligence process.
- Research and maintain a portfolio of potential donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Leverage networks to secure new contacts and funders.
- Ensure consistency in fundraising communications and oversee the preparation of fundraising materials.
- Achieve defined KPIs and forecast revenue and expenses for the multi-year plan.
- Develop systems for donor tracking and gift processing.
- Manage a Fundraising Assistant.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
- In-depth knowledge of philanthropy and luxury crafts industries.
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivation and capability to work independently.
- Team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Innovative and strategic thinker.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
12+ years of management experience with a proven record of fundraising success and strategic program implementation.
Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
