1. Manage Homo Faber Guide data on Salesforce, ensuring coherence and quality of content.
2. Coordinate content approval processes with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Edit and resize visual content to meet web and quality standards.
4. Create, edit, and schedule Homo Faber Guide advertisements for desktop and mobile platforms.
5. Participate in object management including creation, update, and publication.
6. Assign appropriate categorization to profiles based on internal codes.
7. Upload and manage photo and video assets in the image library with correct metadata.
8. Ensure classification meets the needs of internal stakeholders.
9. Conduct platform maintenance, including testing and reporting issues.
10. Perform data cleaning and enrichment on Salesforce.
11. Manage and respond to emails in the Homo Faber Guide mailbox.

1. Knowledge in art and design, with an interest in métiers d’art.
2. Fluency in English and/or French, with Italian as an asset.

1. Proficiency in digital asset management systems and Salesforce.
2. Competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Rigorous, well-organized, precise, and detail-oriented.
4. Strong team player.

Familiarity with digital asset management systems and Salesforce is required.
