1. Drive personal and team sales performance to meet KPIs including AUR, UPT, ADS and conversion.
2. Lead by example in styling, clienteling and delivering elevated luxury service to cultivate long-term client relationships.
3. Coach, motivate and provide real-time feedback to store associates; support onboarding and ongoing training of new hires.
4. Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation, store cleanliness and impactful displays.
5. Support inventory accuracy, shrink prevention and loss-prevention procedures to uphold operational integrity.
6. Support omni-channel retail services (BOPIS, ship-from-store) and manage opening/closing procedures in leadership absence.

1. Proven supervisory experience in fashion retail or luxury brand environment.
2. Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising and retail display execution.
3. Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
4. Exceptional client service skills with ability to manage and resolve client concerns professionally.
5. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
