Michael Kors Store Manager

- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maximise sell‑through and margin.
- Produce and analyse regular performance reports, using sales data to inform staffing, merchandising and activity plans.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high‑volume retail or outlet environment, with a demonstrable record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills with experience coaching and developing teams at scale.
- Commercial and results‑driven mindset with the ability to translate objectives into actionable store plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach to service and problem resolution.
