Michael Kors Store Manager (Maternity Cover)

1. Lead day-to-day store operations at the Ashford Outlet, ensuring adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
2. Drive sales performance and deliver on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve store targets in a high-volume retail environment.
3. Recruit, coach and develop a large frontline team, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience through clienteling, bespoke service and effective management of the sales floor.
5. Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes to protect margin and product availability.
6. Own administrative responsibilities including staff scheduling, payroll oversight, basic P&L awareness and reporting to the district/regional management.

1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail manager in a high-sales-volume store, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion retail.
2. Demonstrable track record of developing talent and leading large teams to exceed sales targets.
3. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
5. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Proven experience managing a high-volume retail or outlet store within luxury, fashion or premium retail, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing large teams. Prior outlet or designer-outlet experience is advantageous.

Secondary education required; vocational or higher education in retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
