1. Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and stock transfers in line with brand procedures.
2. Manage replenishment and maintain stockroom organisation to ensure timely product availability on the sales floor.
3. Conduct regular cycle counts and support bi‑annual inventory audits to preserve inventory integrity.
4. Prioritise loss prevention, promptly report discrepancies and act on early signs of stock loss.
5. Collaborate with store colleagues, visual merchandising and store management to uphold merchandising and brand presentation standards.
6. Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor when required to support customer experience and assist with client enquiries.

1. Previous experience in stockroom, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail operations.
2. Solution‑oriented, team‑first approach with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
3. Comfortable using store technology to support operational accuracy and sales efficiency.
4. Organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Practical experience working in stock or back‑of‑house roles within retail, with hands‑on responsibility for deliveries, inventory counts and store replenishment. Experience supporting store operations and collaborating with merchandising teams is expected.

No formal degree required; secondary education (high school) or equivalent is preferred. Vocational training in retail or logistics is a plus.
