1. Lead the Jet Set team within the La Rinascente shop-in-shop, providing daily coaching, support and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
2. Ensure brand image and grooming standards are consistently upheld and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
3. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business; proactively manage and grow the client database.
4. Collaborate closely with shop-in-shop and host store management on sales strategies, product training and partner education to align selling standards.
5. Maintain floor presence and ownership of merchandising, VM standards, stockroom organisation and timely processing of deliveries.

1. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with enthusiasm and resilience.
2. Demonstrated capability to motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales objectives.
3. Strong communication skills; fluent English preferred.
4. Professional image and attention to grooming consistent with brand policies.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and tools to enhance sales and the client experience.

Secondary education required; vocational training or a diploma in retail management, fashion or business is advantageous.
