1. Manage incoming deliveries, inspect and process merchandise for the accessories category and maintain an accurate, organized stockroom
2. Replenish the sales floor promptly to ensure optimal product availability and visual presentation in line with brand directives
3. Support visual merchandising efforts and implement on-floor standards to sustain a refined, cohesive client environment
4. Collaborate with sales advisors to optimise the client experience and help achieve boutique sales objectives
5. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock rotations and adherence to loss-prevention procedures
6. Perform general housekeeping of the stockroom and ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols

1. Proven retail experience in stock handling or as a sales associate within luxury fashion or accessories
2. Keen attention to detail, strong organisational discipline and high standards for stock accuracy
3. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet operational and visual standards
5. Physically able to perform stock tasks (lifting, prolonged standing, moving merchandise)

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, logistics or visual merchandising is a plus.
