1. Maintain a visible sales-floor presence, actively supporting and engaging with clients to drive conversion and loyalty.
2. Deliver an elevated customer experience through clienteling, events and personalised service.
3. Coach, motivate and train retail partners on product knowledge, sales techniques and visual standards to maximise performance.
4. Collaborate closely with Macy’s retail management and the District Manager to align on Michael Kors’ business objectives and standards.
5. Ensure consistent visual excellence and merchandising standards within the shop.
6. Establish clear, organised communication channels with district and corporate teams, and retail partners.

1. Minimum of 2+ years retail management experience.
2. Demonstrable leadership in a high-volume or department-store environment; experience with luxury or premium brands preferred.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills and tech-savvy aptitude for retail systems and clienteling tools.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive results, solve problems and execute strategic initiatives.
5. Solid styling sense and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends; ability to represent the brand as an ambassador.
