1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to optimise the customer experience and cultivate lasting client relationships.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets during the peak seasonal period, utilising clienteling and up‑selling techniques.
3. Maintain operational excellence and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and refined boutique environment.
4. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across Michael Kors lines (women’s ready-to-wear, MICHAEL Michael Kors, menswear where applicable, accessories, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear and fragrances).
5. Work collaboratively with the store team to sustain a positive culture, support inventory and stockroom processes, and assist with point-of-sale transactions.

1. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion environments.
2. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build client loyalty.
3. Target-driven mentality with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic brand ambassador with polished presentation.
5. Flexible availability for weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods; legally authorised to work in France.

Prior experience in retail sales is required; experience within luxury fashion or premium boutique environments is strongly preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
