1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high standards of client service across the store.
2. Supervise, coach and develop retail staff while enforcing company policies, procedures and management directives.
3. Act as a visible retail leader to motivate the team, drive performance and support individual career growth.
4. Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient execution of sales, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
5. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, creation of customer books and personalised service.
6. Implement visual merchandising and product presentation standards to maximise sales opportunities.
7. Utilise available retail tools and technologies to support sales, stock control and reporting.
8. Foster a cooperative, inclusive and supportive working environment through flexibility and teamwork.

1. Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Ability to remain resilient and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high‑demand environment.
4. Capacity to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively.
5. Proficiency in English as stated in the job requirements.
