1. Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
2. Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
3. Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
5. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
6. Working knowledge of English
