Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
2. Oversee daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and operational task execution.
3. Drive customer engagement through clienteling, styling guidance and trend knowledge to build lasting client relationships.
4. Support upper management with strategic initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average transaction value.
5. Mentor team members, manage floor performance, and promote a collaborative, high-energy retail environment.

1. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a retail sales team.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to outstanding client service.
4. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
