1. Supervise and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through disciplined clienteling and merchandising.
2. Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with operational standards.
3. Develop and sustain meaningful customer relationships by advising on product trends and delivering tailored styling guidance.
4. Support upper management with strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and execute promotional activities.
5. Foster a high standard of customer service through leadership, multi-tasking and by empowering team members to deliver an elevated retail experience.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a sales team in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including key opening and closing shifts.
4. Customer-focused with proven clienteling skills and a strong interest in fashion and trends.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems to support sales and client management.
