Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, floor leadership and execution of sales strategies.
2. Assist upper management with daily operational tasks, including key opening and closing duties and store administration.
3. Supervise, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling, styling guidance and product knowledge.
5. Ensure adherence to customer service standards, loss-prevention procedures and visual merchandising directives.
6. Demonstrate flexibility and support store needs in a fast-paced retail environment, including multi-tasking across responsibilities.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop store-level teams.
3. Strong clienteling and customer relationship skills with a focus on repeat business and personalized service.
4. Energetic, motivated brand ambassador with an affinity for fashion and luxury retail.
5. Technologically savvy with the ability to learn point-of-sale and CRM systems quickly.

At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
