1. Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, goal-setting and hands-on leadership
2. Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and other operational tasks
3. Coach and mentor sales associates in clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to deepen customer relationships
4. Ensure consistent delivery of high customer-service standards and escalate service issues as appropriate
5. Support upper management with execution of visual merchandising, inventory control and ad hoc store projects
6. Demonstrate flexibility and multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced retail environment

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
2. Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team
3. Strong clienteling skills with a track record of building lasting customer relationships
4. Energetic, brand-focused presence and enthusiasm for fashion
5. Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems; entrepreneurial mindset
