Michael Kors Sales Supervisor (Part-time)

1. Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and act as a fashion advisor to clients across product categories
2. Manage multiple customer interactions concurrently while driving sales and conversion
3. Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, visual standards and loss prevention
4. Assist management with staffing needs, opening/closing procedures and operational tasks executed with speed and accuracy
5. Coach and motivate sales colleagues to meet individual and team KPIs and uphold brand service standards
6. Operate point-of-sale systems and other store technology; ensure transactional accuracy

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable service orientation
3. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
4. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for styling and product knowledge
5. Technologically literate with comfort using POS systems and basic retail technology
6. Flexible availability to support varied store schedules, including weekends and peak periods

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail or luxury environment is preferred.
