1. Drive store and personal sales performance through strategic, results-oriented initiatives and day-to-day execution.

3. Perform key opening and closing duties and ensure operational standards, loss prevention and visual presentation are maintained.
4. Foster lasting customer relationships by staying current on trends and mentoring styling techniques.
5. Support upper management with sales strategies, shift coordination and multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team in a high-volume or luxury retail environment.
3. Demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building skills with a customer-first orientation.
4. Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Comfortable with retail technology and point-of-sale systems; adaptable to change and operational priorities.
