Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Drive personal and store sales results through strategic execution, visual standards and active selling.
3. Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and customer engagement to deepen client relationships and repeat business.
4. Support upper management in executing merchandising, promotional and staffing initiatives.
5. Lead by example to empower the team, manage priorities, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Proven ability to perform opening/closing duties and manage store operations.
3. Strong customer-facing skills with experience in clienteling and relationship building.
4. Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in retail, fashion or business preferred.
