1. Represent the Michael Kors brand as an ambassador, delivering exemplary, inclusive customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
2. Proactively engage clients and maintain ongoing client communication through clientelling apps and available CRM tools.
3. Maintain compelling on-floor presentation and stockroom standards; ensure merchandise availability and visual integrity.
4. Apply product knowledge to confidently advise customers and convert sales using merchandising and selling techniques.
5. Collaborate closely with store management to share insights on business performance and execute initiatives to improve store results.

1. Proven enthusiasm for fashion and a customer-centric mindset, with relevant retail sales experience.
2. Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
3. Technological proficiency and willingness to adopt clientelling/CRM tools to enhance the customer journey.
4. Effective verbal communication skills; local language preferred (German) and the ability to interact professionally with international clients.
5. Flexible availability consistent with retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
