1. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow‑up.
2. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime value.

4. Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, manage transactions and handle returns/exchanges according to procedures.

7. Prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.

1. Previous retail experience; experience in fashion or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
2. Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a sales team.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused attitude.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; capable of multitasking under pressure.
