1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate repeat business through proactive clientelling and follow-up.

3. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock presentation and replenishment, and assist with inventory counts and stockrooms.
4. Support store operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss-prevention protocols and company policies.
