- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate repeat business through proactive clientelling and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while accurately processing transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock presentation and replenishment, and assist with inventory counts and stockrooms.
- Support store operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures and adherence to loss-prevention protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a polished boutique environment, assist in product launches and contribute to team selling initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further education in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
