1. Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to maximise sales and client retention
2. Execute daily store operations with attention to loss prevention, replenishment and presentation standards

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience
2. Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
3. Strong client engagement skills with a demonstrable passion for styling and fashion

5. Technologically literate and comfortable using retail systems and omnichannel tools

At least two years of frontline retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
