- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently as a self-starter.
- High level of customer-service orientation with a demonstrable passion for styling and fashion.
- Energetic, brand-forward presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with retail technologies and omnichannel sales processes.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
