1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by delivering elevated levels of service and demonstrating thorough product knowledge.

3. Manage post-sale details (shipping, alterations, special requests) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Deliver prompt, professional resolution of client inquiries and complaints to preserve long-term loyalty.
5. Maintain selling floor and stockroom standards: merchandising, replenishment, inventory counts and participation in store inventories.
6. Accurately execute Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and related register functions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Adhere to assigned work schedule, time and attendance protocols, and participate in required training and development programs.

1. Minimum two years of retail sales experience.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
4. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple post-sale tasks.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
