Michael Kors Sales Associate

Michael Kors is a global luxury lifestyle brand specializing in ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear. Operating across freestanding stores, outlets and wholesale concessions in EMEA, the brand is part of Capri Holdings and maintains a retail organisation focused on product storytelling, clienteling and elevated customer service.

1. Act as an MK Ambassador by delivering exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
2. Maintain active client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools to grow and nurture the client base.
3. Maintain floor presence, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation to ensure product availability and presentation.
4. Collaborate closely with store management to support store performance, KPI delivery and team objectives.
5. Use Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and benefits.
6. Monitor and interpret business results to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.

1. Relevant retail sales experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, motivate and contribute positively within a team.
3. Comfortable using retail technology to enhance sales and customer experience, including clienteling apps and POS systems.
4. Strong conversational English and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; experience using clienteling tools and retail technology is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training advantageous.
