1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and elevated customer service.
2. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships, actively managing and leveraging the client book to drive repeat business.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, styling and brand heritage.
4. Deliver a seamless post-sale experience by coordinating shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.

6. Support stockroom operations including inventory control, receiving, shipping and related paperwork.
7. Comply with Point-of-Sale procedures and accurately execute register functions.
