1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrated sales-driven mindset.
3. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
4. Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a collaborative team approach.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and willing to adopt omnichannel tools.
