1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operate proactively as a self-starter.
3. Passion for fashion, styling and delivering outstanding customer service.
4. Energetic, motivated presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools; entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
