1. Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of client service and product knowledge.
2. Deliver personalised clienteling: build and maintain repeat clientele, manage a client book and follow up on post-sale requests (shipping, alterations, special requests).
3. Provide the highest standard of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Maintain excellent merchandise presentation on the selling floor and assist in visual merchandising and replenishment.
5. Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping paperwork, inventory counts and adherence to stock control procedures.
6. Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, comply with register policies and execute relevant transactional functions.
7. Participate in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by store management and adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements.

1. Proven experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.
2. Availability to work a part-time schedule (20% FTE) with regular weekend shifts.
3. Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member within a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Resilience under pressure and capability to multitask across sales and operational duties.

Demonstrable experience in retail, ideally in luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of delivering sales and excellent client service.
