1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business in line with brand standards.
2. Act as a Jet Set Ambassador on the sales floor: maintain floor presence, demonstrate product knowledge and lead by example.
3. Proactively manage and grow the client database using all available clienteling apps and tools.
4. Collaborate with the store leadership team on sales strategies, merchandising, and customer outreach to meet store targets.
5. Adhere to image and grooming standards and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour toolkit.
6. Execute visual merchandising (VM) standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
7. Follow loss prevention, health & safety (H&S) procedures and contribute to operational excellence.
8. Leverage technology to support inventory management, sales analysis and customer engagement.

1. Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and for working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English preferred.
3. Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute positively to team performance.
4. Technology proficiency with clienteling applications and point-of-sale / inventory tools.

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, ideally in luxury fashion or a high-end retail environment. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is beneficial but not required.
