1. Manage stockroom and cashier activities, ensuring accurate handling of merchandise and till operations
2. Maintain a neat, fully stocked and visually compliant selling floor through replenishment and merchandising
3. Receive, inspect and process deliveries; complete shipping/receiving paperwork and adhere to store receiving protocols
4. Participate in inventory counts and support stock reconciliation procedures
5. Comply with Point-of-Sale (POS) policies and correctly execute register functions and cash-handling procedures
6. Deliver exceptional customer service, build repeat clientele using the client book and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction
7. Adhere to assigned work schedule, time and attendance policies, and engage in training and development as directed by store management

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
2. Proven cash-handling experience and competence with POS/register operations
3. Demonstrated clienteling experience and ability to build repeat clientele
4. Ability to follow receiving/shipping procedures and participate in inventory cycles
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to participate in trainings

Minimum two years of retail experience, with demonstrated exposure to stockroom operations, POS cash management and customer-facing sales or clienteling.
