1. Deliver exemplary customer service and personalised product advice to drive sales of Michael Kors collections.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while implementing brand sales strategies.
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
4. Support cashiering and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
5. Implement Visual Merchandising standards, contribute to monthly floor set installations in coordination with store management.
6. Maintain attractive merchandise presentation on sales floors and in window displays.
7. Comply with all company operational guidelines, processes and loss-prevention procedures.

1. Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent commercial qualification.
2. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
3. Experience in Visual Merchandising is an advantage.
4. Professional, well-groomed appearance with a customer-focused demeanour.
5. Proactive, organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
6. Fluent German and good command of English.
