Michael Kors Sales Advisor

1. Deliver elevated customer experiences on the sales floor, embodying the Michael Kors brand and driving loyalty and repeat business.
2. Engage in proactive clienteling using available apps and digital tools to maintain client communication and nurture relationships.
3. Maintain visual standards on the shop floor and ensure accurate stock presence and replenishment.
4. Develop product expertise through internal product knowledge packs and confidently advise customers on assortment and styling.
5. Collaborate closely with the store management team to support store performance and commercial objectives.
6. Monitor sales results and identify opportunities to convert and increase average transaction value.

1. Enthusiasm for fashion and a demonstrable interest in luxury or premium retail.
2. Relevant retail sales experience with a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal and conversational English skills; clear verbal communication.
4. Comfortable using technology to support sales and clienteling (mobile apps, POS and CRM tools).
5. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate, inspire colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fast-paced, high-volume or luxury retail is strongly preferred. Seasonal or temporary retail experience is acceptable.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further education in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
