1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
2. Self-starter with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Energetic, motivated and customer-focused — acts as a true brand ambassador.
4. Passion for styling and fashion with strong customer service orientation.
5. Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort using omnichannel retail tools.

2+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally within luxury or contemporary fashion.
