1. Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury goods, with a demonstrable track record of customer-facing success.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele and work collaboratively in a team.
3. Technological proficiency and comfort using digital tools to support sales and client management.
4. Local language proficiency preferred to ensure effective client communication.

Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. The role requires demonstrated customer service aptitude, ability to meet sales targets and experience collaborating with store teams to drive commercial results.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
