- Execute Visual Merchandising direction for RTW, Men’s and licensed categories across Outlet and Lifestyle global channels, ensuring consistency with approved styling, silhouettes and seasonal messaging.
- Own and maintain execution standards for licensee categories including watches, jewelry, eyewear, fragrance and soft goods fixtures.
- Co-style mannequins and outfit looks in showroom environments and support showroom builds through fixture placement, case/table presentation and category zoning.
- Develop and maintain RTW, Men’s and licensee content for seasonal digital VM guides and category-specific visual assets to provide clear, actionable reference materials for global teams.
- Provide day-to-day execution guidance to regional teams, assist regions in adapting direction to diverse retail formats, and escalate strategic questions to senior leadership.
- Travel to key stores for seasonal launches, openings or execution support and resolve in-store implementation challenges.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Design, VM and licensee-management teams to align presentation priorities and convey product-specific requirements.
- Monitor competitor and market trends within accessible-luxury and luxury segments and share actionable insights to inform future tools and execution.
- 1–3 years of hands-on Visual Merchandising experience, preferably within multi-store retail environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of VM execution principles, with specific strength in outfitting and category presentation.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet seasonal deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills for cross-regional collaboration.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable with occasional travel to support store and showroom initiatives.

1–3 years of direct Visual Merchandising experience, ideally supporting RTW, Men’s or licensed product categories in multi-store retail or brand showroom settings. Experience executing global direction and supporting regional teams is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in fashion, visual merchandising, retail merchandising or a related field preferred.
