1. Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties and adherence to operational procedures.
2. Drive sales performance through coaching, motivation and execution of merchandising and clienteling strategies.
3. Provide leadership and on‑the‑floor guidance to the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships by coaching styling techniques and promoting repeat business.
5. Support upper management in implementing strategic initiatives and achieving store targets.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate a retail sales team.
3. Proven track record of delivering strong customer service and building long‑term client relationships.
4. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post‑secondary coursework in retail, business or fashion is advantageous but not required.
